Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Avoid caffeine to prevent eye movement. Please arrive on time; arrivals over 15 min late may be rescheduled. Do not book if you have eye irritation or recent eye surgery.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you — we appreciate your understanding.
Experiencing unexpected lash loss within 3 days of your appointment? We’ll fix it free of charge — no questions asked. Contact us within 72 hours to schedule your complimentary touch-up.
Keep lashes dry for 24–48 hours after your appointment. Brush daily with a clean spoolie. Avoid oil-based products, swimming, and facial steaming. Sleep on a silk pillowcase to extend lash life.
We recommend returning every 2–3 weeks for refills to maintain your lashes. A minimum of 40% of the original lashes must remain to qualify for a refill service.
We do not offer cash refunds. All concerns will be addressed through technical support or service vouchers. Please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment if you have any concerns.
